What You're Probably Wondering

Do I need prior business brokerage experience?
No. If you're a licensed Real Estate Broker, you already have the foundational skills — market knowledge, client relationships, negotiation, and deal management. We provide the business brokerage-specific training, systems, and support to get you up and running quickly.
How does the $25,000 fee work?
It's a one-time affiliate entry fee — not a franchise fee, not an annual renewal, and not a recurring royalty. You pay it once to join. After that, the only ongoing cost is the 10% per-transaction fee (with 2% returned to you for marketing).
What does exclusive buyer protection actually mean?
Once you register a buyer in our system, that relationship is protected — County South won't route that buyer to another affiliate. The buyer-client relationships you build, and the deals that come from them, stay yours. (Subject to your state real estate licensing laws.)
How quickly can I be up and running?
Most affiliates are fully operational within one week of completing onboarding. You'll have access to the platform, the buyer database, all marketing materials, and full County South operational support from day one.
Can I do this alongside my existing Residential Real Estate practice?
Absolutely. Many affiliates start by running both in parallel. Commercial Real Estate and business brokerage deals move on their own timeline and don't conflict with residential real estate in the way that competing brokerages might. We'll discuss the specifics on your call.
What if my state isn't listed?
Call us. We will help you even if your state is not on our current expansion map. We're brokers — not a directory. Where there's a qualified affiliate and a real market opportunity, we'll find a way to make it work. The more Affiliates we have across the country the bigger and better our network of buyers and sellers.
